The defendant alleged that the same drug dealer who was paying him to store drugs set him up after the drug dealer was arrested on a prior drug case. In a negotiated plea, the defendant pled guilty to possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute with a recommended sentence of 3 years New Jersey State Prison with 18 months of parole ineligibility.
