The New Jersey Supreme Court decided that the Consumer Fraud Act (CFA), N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 to -20, applied to a transaction where an out-of-state consumer purchased a used automobile from an in-state sell ... er via eBay; and specifically, that the individual seller satisfied the CFA definition of “person.”
