My client was charged with Felon in Possession of Firearm and Felony Firearm 2nd Offense-which carries a mandatory five years in prison. My client maintained his innocense. He was shot walking throug ... h a park in Detroit. When the police arrived they found him shot and a gun 20 feet away. We convinced the jury that my client was the victim, not the "defendant". I saved Mr. Williams 8 years in prison.
