OUTCOME: Obtained $45,100 in Case Evaluation sanctions.

Plaintiffs were involved in suit against former tenants for damages to premises. Plaintiffs accepted the Case Evaluation under MCR 2.403 and Defendants rejected the Case Evaluation. The case was tried ... by Plaintiffs' original counsel. The Trial Court denied Case Case Evaluation sanctions. I handled appeal to the Court of Appeals and was successful in obtaining $45,100 in Case Evaluation sanctions (attorneys' fees) for Plaintiffs.
