Jay Yale Rubin

J. Rubin is handling my husbands Child Support case, he handled the custody case last year for his two children. Rubin is also my husbands brothers custody/Child Support lawyer as well. Jay is extremely knowledgeable, knows the laws/codes, aggressive, confident, friendly but also not afraid to tel...l you what to expect , what's the most beneficial for you whether you think so or not and he's generally right. He responds back in a timely manner , not one to drag out the case. I'd honestly have to say he has a talent for his chosen profession. My husbands ex wife's fighting tooth and nail to not pay expected child support. Her attorney is "wet behind the ears" so we've been told. Jay put him in his place by knowing what's permitted and what's not in the courtroom and made her lawyer look like a complete idiot.
