OUTCOME: Not Guilty

A.T. was charged with possession with intent to distribute. He was a passenger in a car that had a handgun in the truck, had over twenty bags of marijuana on his person and also had over $500 in cash ... on him. I obtained a not guilty on the possession with intent charge. I took the case to trial even though many of the attorneys I spoke to about the case said that the case was likely to end badly. In the end, we won!
