Professional and thorough
Mr. Ries has handled a few issues for me. Each time he is very considerate and has gotten the result I needed. Mr. Ries makes tough decisions and is genuinely concerned for each one of his clients. I felt like Mr. Ries always had time for my phone calls and never treated me like I was a bother.
