Biography
Tax law comprises the majority of my law practice. My clients include business owners, corporations, professionals and individuals throughout Pennsylvania and other states. I take a proactive approach when advising and representing my clients.
I have a great deal of experience helping my clients comply with tax laws while minimizing the taxes they pay. My law firm also provides results-oriented representation to resolve tax controversies.
For many years, I worked as a Certified Public Accountant and I have retained what I learned during my many years of practice in that profession. This enables me to interact at a sophisticated level with accountants and financial professionals, while offering insights that only an attorney can provide.
