Biography
IRS problems? I have over 30 years of experience with IRS collections and tax notices. All communications with the IRS are handled by me as your lawyer. My fees are half or substantially less than the large IRS collection firms which advertise on television. I am also licensed to practice in front of the U.S. Tax Court as well as prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Many times, the uniformed pay taxes two or more times on the same money when they don't have to. I do not believe in paying more taxes than you are legaly required. I have extensive experience in all aspects of Estate Planning and Administration. With my background in taxation, I also provide assistance with compliance issues.
