When I lost my job due to unethical reasons, they would fight me non stop for my unemployment. I had Legal Shield at the time and found out what a bunch of crooks they were as well! I hired Fran and my unemployment hearing took over 3 hours but I can tell you now, it was worth the money! Mr. Murrman ...made this corrupt organization and their lawyer look foolish in front of the Hearing Examiner. He crushed them into the ground then proceeded to grind their bones into gravel! Fran has to work within the failed Westmoreland County court system. He plays the game. He throws a case for his buddy, his buddy throws the next one for him. We hired Fran for a custody case and used him for 3 years. Hearing after hearing, it never ended. Finally fired him and hired one from All...egheny County. It took 6 months to get full legal custody of my child with limited visitation to the other parent. Don't waste your money. Get an attorney from outside the county! It actually makes the judge and the other attorneys behave themselves. And it saves your child so much pain and stress.

He has represented me with numerous cases ranging from custody and crimial cases and a dui. The first time i met with him he helped me with the costs because i am a single mother. When he represented me at my criminal hearings his defense was always true things! He never said things that were untrue ...to help me out.. He always spoke the truth.
