My client was charged with various crimes alleging that he defrauded homeowners in a scheme that the homeowners alleged resulted in a multi-million dollar loss. After sifting through mounds of financi ... al records, I found the key to the case. At the completion of a very long hearing on my motion to dismiss all charges, the trial judge threw out the prosecutor's case in its entirety, sparing my client a full trial and the possiblity of jail time and substantial possible restitution to the alleged victims.
