OUTCOME: Victory! Was able to get the tenant paid as well as the landlord paid to relocate the store and paid for loss of income.

My client had a small retail space in a shopping center. The center was sold to a large retailer that wanted to remove all the tenants in order to build a new super store. The super store sent a notic ... e to my client to vacate the space. We immediately filed a case and with the terms and conditions clearly in my clients favor. My client obtained a very favorable settlement and we dismissed the case. The client was compensated for the move as well as lost income.
