I negotiated a 19,000 sq. ft. office lease for a Maryland tech company for its new headquarters. The landlord was one of the largest in the country, and has 50,000 sq. ft. tenants such as Cisco in man ... y of its properties. My tenant was much smaller, but I got so many favorable terms for them that they are happily providing me with a letter of recommendation.
