KV was convicted of aggravated robbery and sentenced to 24 years in the Department of Corrections. I represented KV in post-conviction proceedings (Rule 35c). We raised many issues alleging constitut ... ional violations occurring during KV's trial, including both court and attorney errors. The trial judge agreed on important issue, and then ordered a new trial for KV.
