Horrible to find out that this so called attorney did the same thing to other people as he did to me. Took my money, made empty promises, would not return my calls or emails. My case has gone so long now, that I can't persue it any further. I would have gotten another attorney, but he wouldn't give m...y records back. It has been almost 4 years now, and still have not been able to get my file from him. Stay away from this guy !

On August 13, 2014 an attorney known as Michael C. Gallo ID 206972 came to my home to initiate what was to be a simple Service of Complaint for Divorce of mutual consent. I signed the initial Affidavit, paid $500.00 cash of which I have receipt. Weeks then months go by with emails, phone calls, em...pty promises that "yes, the Divorce is in process"; "I will send you docket information and final waivers for signatures"; I have left several messages since September of 2014 and now in April 2015 after numerous phone calls, messages, pleadings, tearful phone messages, and still no response in any format. I have written proof, email messages, phone messages as verification. No filings have been completed and my money offered in good faith has never been returned nor have I received any explanation as to any reasoning for such irreprehensible actions. This has interrupted my life and has had a tremendous impact that at this point cannot be undone. I have incurred monetary expense as well as stress that has had a very negative result.
