Nikki C. Dantzler

While working at the Pennsylvania Area Agency on Aging Nikki Danzler prepared 3 documents for my elderly parents; a power of attorney, a living will and transfer of deed for their house. Two of three documents were drawn up with errors and had to be corrected by another attorney. The third document w...as also changed to add an additional clause. In the case of the third it was not an error, but the document could have contained another option that was not suggested. When I called her office to discuss the documents I found her to be unwilling to talk to me. I would characterize her as being rude. For elderly people who often trust those persons who a state agency recommends, I would caution using Nikki Danzler. I do not consider her competent.
