Gary Nixon Altman

Atty Gary Altman failed to provide a current POA for myself and my brother for our grandfather. We hired him paid him and went to use the POA's and found out that the law had changed a couple of years ago and the POA's we had paid for are useless. I called the attorney and he admitted he knew of this... but thought we would not run into any issues or even use them. Why would we even get the POA's if we where not going to use them! He claimed he would fix it for free and that was 04/17/2017. I called him on 05/04/17 he claimed he had more important things on his plate and had pushed this off to later on to do. I called him again today 05/15/17 still no POA. I will not recommend that anyone uses this attorney as he can not deliver what you pay for.
