This was a multi-year project involving developing and executing the strategy and negotiaing the permits and key portions of agreements to acquire a large paper mill facility, a rail spur and adjacent ... lands and demolish and redevelop the property and a landfull into a Class A waterfront office space and public greenspace. The awards were issued in 2012, but the work started in 2006. The result is a win-win for both the public and private sectors. It is worth visiting Neenah to experience the vibrant future that awaits those with courage to think and act on a grand scale.
