Hupy and Abraham Wins at Trial - Travelers Insurance Denied Claim

In March 2011, our client was hit by an uninsured driver that was speeding and weaving through traffic. Our client’s insurer, Travelers Insurance, paid off the claim of the uninsured driver and denied ... our client’s claim despite a witness that gave a detailed description of the uninsured driver’s erratic and dangerous behavior. Travelers Insurance chose to interview only one witness that saw very little of the accident. On February 5, 2013, Hupy and Abraham Attorney James Shilobrit won at trial. Our client will now be able to collect money for injuries from Travelers Insurance and money for his totaled vehicle from the uninsured driver.
