Beth Anne Jackson

I assist hospitals, physicians and licensed  health care practitioners, ambulatory surgery centers, other health care providers and their business associates in meeting their business goals while maintaining compliance with the complex regulatory framework in which they operate.

With more than 18 years of experience in health care and nonprofit law and prior experience running a physician's office, I fully understand the economic, legal, and operational aspects of the health care marketplace. I see the big picture, as well as the small details and implications of specific regulations, including but not limited to HIPAA (privacy and security) and Medicare compliance.
