OUTCOME: Not guilty on all charges.

Timothy was charged with criminal drunken driving in Shawano County, Wisconsin. He had a blood test result of .17. The police report indicated bad driving and poor field sobriety tests. We challenge ... d the police testimony and showed that it was exagerated. We successfully argued that the blood test was wrong and that Tim was sober. The jury found him not guilty on all counts.

OUTCOME: Not Guilty Verdict

Paul was found sleeping in the driver's seat of his running truck, in a truck stop parking lot. We argued the "Haanstad" defense: that merely sitting in the driver's seat of a running vehicle is not o ... peration, even if the defendant was intoxicated. The State argued that Paul must have been intoxicated when he drove into the parking lot. The case was tried before a jury in Winnebago County on June 22, 1020. Not Guilty on all counts.
