When it comes to the law, I like to think on my feet.
When I worked in the United States Senate, I learned that I loved making arguments. The rush of having to make quick decisions on how to proceed was a natural fit, and when my time there was finished, I knew that presenting facts and a case was the next natural step for me. After attending the University of Pittsburgh for law school, I hit the ground running and started working with some bigger law firms. But something didn't feel quite right. So I decided to put myself closer to my clients and their needs, opening Allegheny Attorneys at Law in 2005.
As a lawyer, my natural habitat is the courtroom; it’s where I’m the most comfortable. That’s why when I take cases for clients, I can’t wait to get in front of a judge or jury and fight for them, no matter what their legal situation looks like.
