Jacob Allan Levine

I hired Mr. Levine to stop my foreclosure. I sent him $2950 and sent him several sets of documents proving that the bank had committed fraud. After 2 weeks, 3 days before my foreclosure, he called and said he was not going to pursue this action. In his letter to me, he stated the following: there wa...sn't sufficient time to gather the information and formulate a response and that I misrepresented the status of the case. This isn't true as I told the person I spoke to before sending in the documents when the foreclosure was. "Goal was not supported by our staff." Their business is to stop foreclosures, so that does not make any sense. They kept most of my money and did not return my documents even after I asked for them. They should not have taken the case if they felt it was not one they could work with and they should not have kept my money. I had been speaking with their sales reps for several months so they were aware of my situation.
