Would go to the office for meetings and the attorney was not prepared. I had to ask question after question and he did know the answers. Covelli gives you a low ball on his fee but everyone in the office uses the same fee for there time. So if someone answers the phone or makes a call about your c...ase they charge the same fee as Covelli. Went into the office and after a meeting was asked to pay my bill. All payments were up to date and they wanted me to pay the new monthly payment before I had a chance to look at it. I finally had to find a new attorney and was much happier with fees and quality of work

Attorney Covelli did an outstanding job for me. He is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always there for me. Office staff was also very efficient and helpful. I would definitely recommend this attorney and this law firm. My consultation was free of ...charge which I really liked and his analysis of my case was right on.

This law firm cares nothing about your case....they are only interested in your wallet. Several of my meetings with them began with "have you paid your bill yet?" My attorney would file papers, start the process, and then say "we aren't going to represent you unless you pay your bill". Now before ...you say what's wrong with that....I certainly think people should be paid for services rendered. However, this law firm doesn't tell you anything about your case and when you call to ask them what's going on, they charge $100 for the phone call. If another attorney calls your attorney, this law firm charges YOU for that call. How do you know this call even took place? You don't. And when you call to ask about it, they charge you again for THAT phone call. AVOID THIS LAW FIRM!!!! Unless you have thousands of dollars that you feel like flushing down the toilet, this is not the law firm for you. Extremely poor customer service!!
