Hired him and pawned off onto everyone else in practice >100K 4 little work done!

The Pgh Post Gazette had a color flyer and reviewed attorney's and Atty Ries was listed as the Top Attorney for Estate matters - WRONG! My Father & I met with him, as my Mother had died from CA and I had to get the court of find her incapacitated, court appointed guardianship and fidicuary - NIGHTMAR...E! However, after I HIRED Atty Ries, his hours are only 5% of the hours charged to me and I was dumped to someone else in the practice - I wrote over 20 emails asking that she NOT work on my case; I have conflicting emails from Both of them - 1 stating lets meet on Mon and the other stating they are not available on Monday - After they lost a black/white case - they BEGGED me to go to lunch (despite the fact that I spent the night before hurling and had a garbage can next to me in the court room) - then they even billed me for THEIR LUNCHES! They billed me for 17 hr at $500/hr over 8K to talk with my Father 1800 miles away the day before the Hearing yet he was not subpoena'd or asked to be at the Hearing -so what is admissible and why run up my bill 8k - NOTHING made sense that they did. The PCP/Hospice Director that the deposed clearly stated that my Mother had NO cognitive ability to write a NEW WILL when the Judge had declared her mentally incompetent, yet they did not have him appear in court, although he cleared his ENTIRE day to be there to testify to that - the two witnesses to this False Will that was drawn up within DAYS of the Judge finding her mentally incompetent stated to me that my Mother did NOT want to sign, she was FORCED, my sister had kept her from ALL friends & family for over 6 mos yet these two were in the Court Room and NEVER asked to the stand - the whole process with Atty Ries was a damn CIRCUS- I wouldn't hire him to draft ANY legal document EVER - I found out that depositions, meetings with the Judge happened AFTER the fact - then they copied documents that were of NO VALUE, over 15 yrs old and mute (bank acct closed years earlier) to the tune of THOUSANDS of dollars when IN WRITING I had asked that anything that they wanted copied - I WOULD DO - ignored! So, Atty Ries and Tucker & Arsenberg do not believe that YOU are the CLIENT and that they are working FOR YOU - they do what THEY WANT TO DO and RUN UP your Bill to the SKY - more than 50% of it unjustified 100%! By far the WORST Legal Practice and Attorney Practice I have ever had the displeasure of meeting & hiring! I think that the color flyer must have been been a PAID ADVERTISEMENT that the attorneys PAID TO BE IN - because even seeing his statistics above, it is stating 20% Estate yet this color flyer (20 pages long) stated he was the TOP ATTORNEY for Estate Matters - what a joke! STEER CLEAR!!!
