Roger Dennis Horgan

In what has now become a lengthy career my practice has been one in which I have represented individuals  involved in legal matters in which the opposition is large, well funded and well represented.  Most of my cases have involved personal injury cases in which the true opposition is an insurance company who has the means to fight long and hard to defeat or minimize a claim.  My goal has been the opposite, to grind it out and fight just as long and hard to obtain a fair resolution based on the law and the facts.  In conjuction with the law firm of Abes Baumann, P. C., we offer a full service injury law firm that handles auto, truck and motorcycle accidents, fall down cases, workers compensation, social security disability, and veterans claims.

I am married and the father of two wonderful children.  In addition to practicing law I have served my community by holding a number of positions with Collier Township, including serving as the President of its Board of Commissioners.  I have also participated in various athletic associations as a coach, and am active in a fraternal and charitable organization, the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
