A Landowners’ Lawyer

Mr. Burnett did an excellent job negotiating our water and gas pipeline with EQT. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the oil and gas pipeline laws and represents landowners only. Our right-of-way was handled timely and professionally. We did not have to have any contact with the company as he ...negotiated for us. I would strongly recommend him to any landowers needing legal representation.

Full service Oil & Gas attorney

I have enjoyed a 10+ year client relationship with Bob. He provides outstanding knowledge and capabilities in both lease negotiation/advisory work and in the complex often gray arena of Pennsylvania oil & gas litigation. Exceptionally competent and ethically rigorous.

WRE Corp mineral lease

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient…the fact that he had dealt with Range Resources and knew their attorneys was invaluable…he has a wonderful assistant Jennifer Lepley who was terrific.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
