Megan M. Block

I and three of my colleagues went to Megan for help when we were retaliated against by our employer for speaking up about allegations of sexual harassment and assault in the workplace. We weren't sure which behaviors were illegal and which were just unethical, and Megan's empathy and knowledge of lab...or laws completely turned the situation around for us. It is scary to decide to take legal action against your employer, and she patiently guided us through every step. She is a tough negotiator, and always kept our goals front and center. Mrs. Block helped me with a case where I was wrongly fired and discriminated against because I am female. I had gone to my employer numerous times for the harassment to stop and ultimately they fired me. There was some sensitive sexual material in this case where I felt more comfortable with a female... than a male.
