The best I can describe going through marriage fraud is comparing it to cancer. Unless you've ever gone through it, you will never know the kind of pain and destruction it causes you. When I had f...ive felony charges and five misdemeanor charges filed against me I knew I needed a good attorney. My son came across Matthew Ness, a partner for Worgul Law Firm. He did a lot of research and was convinced that he was the best choice for what I was about to endure. I wasn't as convinced because anything could be said on the internet and, let's face it, I was just betrayed on the worst way. I was finding out hard to trust anyone. I called Mathew and we met at his office. The more I learned about what I was facing, the more worried I got. None of these charges were true and I began to realize that I may be going to jail for nothing and losing everything I worked hard for all of my life. This was going to ruin my life, my sons life and I would have to put my mother in an managed care facility because I would lose my home and have no one to care for her. I would lose my job and my life would be over. Matthew immediately comforted me. But, he also gave me the sobering possibilities of what could happen. Not once was he ever concerned about losing the case. I watched him in court as he spoke with the staff and judge and fellow attorneys. The more I watched and listened, the more comfort I had that my son sent me the right direction. I can't say that he got back to me as quickly as I'd like. But, I also know that when you ate the one that is facing this kind of situation, a short time seems like eternity. I also realize that he is juggling dozens of cases at once. They deserve their attention as well. He is a very meticulous, strategic attorney. From my perspective, he has the respect of his piers. He did enduring he could to preserve my job and to prevent my innocence from being destroyed by unfair questioning. In the end, I kept my job after being on administrative leave for six weeks. Because of the way it was handled, my employer kept their faith in me. Other than my original arraignment, I never went to jail. All of my charges were dismissed and filed in another venue. But, there is no doubt in my mind that Matthew is prepared to protect my freedom and my best interests. His hourly rate is not cheap. But, you get what you pay for. Freedom and integrity can not be jeopardized for a few dollars. Finally, you never know what life is going to send you. But, it's good to know that there are people out there that look at their jobs as more than an income. They look at it to protect the people that deserve to be protected. They work hard and have an extensive knowledge of the law. They feel your pain. They celebrate your win with you. Their satisfaction is on seeing the right thing done with the least amount of damage to you. They care. Matthew is one of those people. He is very rare. I highly recommend him to defend you.

I have had to use Matt's services a couple of times. Recently I had a motor vehicle violation and Matt figured out how to get me out of the jam without a fine. He also filed the proper work and appeared in my place on the court date.
