Katie Adams Killion

Katie A. Killion is a 2002 cum laude graduate of West Virginia University where she earned her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. She is a 2005 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law.

She is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania, as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Allegheny County Bar Association and the Women’s Business Network of the South Hills. She was appointed and currently serves on the Court of Common Pleas Arbitration Rules Committee. She was also recently appointed to the Board of Governors for the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Her areas of practice include General Litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants, Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Products Liability, Social Security Disability, Landlord/Tenant Law, Property Assessments and Criminal Defense.

Katie was selected as a 2014 and 2015 Pennsylvania Rising Star/Super Lawyer. Only attorneys that have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement are selected as Super Lawyers. Rising Stars represent 2.5% of the outstanding emerging lawyers in Pennsylvania who are age 40 or under or have been practicing 10 years of less. Katie was also invited to join the Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America and she was nominated as of the “10 best” Attorneys for Pennsylvania by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys.
