Jayda Chantelle Guidry

I am a personal injury attorney at Berger and Green, and my focus is simple: fighting for people who have been hurt due to someone else's negligence. I bring a strong academic background, real courtroom experience, and a genuine commitment to the individuals I represent.

I graduated cum laude from West Virginia University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. During my undergraduate years, I developed a deep interest in the law while assisting with research at WVU's College of Law — and it was there that I discovered how meaningful it is to use the law in service of others.

I went on to earn my Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law as a Dean's Scholar. One of the most formative experiences of law school was serving as a certified legal intern with Duquesne's Youth Advocacy Clinic, where I directly represented children in delinquency and educational matters. That work reinforced my belief that every client deserves a strong, dedicated advocate in their corner.

Before joining Berger and Green in 2024, I spent nearly three years as a law clerk at a local personal injury firm, where I built hands-on experience supporting clients through the complexities of personal injury claims. Since joining Berger and Green, I have continued to develop my skills and deepen my commitment to standing up for injured individuals and their families.
