Eric Carter Springer

Mr. Springer is a Managing Shareholder and Director of the firm and is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate and Financial Services Groups. He is the Co-Chairman of the firm’s Financial Services Group and is the Chairman of its Finance Committee. Mr. Springer’s practice includes a wide range of corporate and financial institution services. Mr. Springer frequently serves as outside corporate counsel to midsized companies and financial institutions and has been retained on numerous occasions as a corporate and bank turnaround and management consultant. Mr. Springer represents businesses and financial institutions in commercial loan origination, restructure, enforcement litigation, recovery, execution, and bankruptcy matters. He represents businesses in complex merger and aquisition transactions and acquisition finance. Mr. Springer represents companies involved with manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate development, and works closely with management consulting, accounting, investment banking, and venture capital firms.
