David Bradley Spear

I reached out to Mr. Spear on an extremely complex employment law case. It involved many aspects of the law (whistleblower/sarbanes oxley/wrongful termnation)and several administrave steps prior to Federal Court action. I was told by another employment law expert my case was weak and potential outc...ome diminimis, at best. I knew after our first meeting I was in excellent hands. He has extremely strong technical legal but as impressive strong communucation skills. He is an expert in his area of the law. Mr. Spear was able to jump in on extremely short notice and get up to speed on an issue that took place over an 8 year period. There were so many complex facts and facets to the case but David was able to quickly get his hands around all the issues and build an incredible defense. So incredible my former employer agreed to 8 times any other attorney I consulted with said I could recover. Let's hope I never have an employment law issue but if that occurs I have him on speed dial just in case. I would not, could not recommend anyone but Mr. Spear to assist.
