Provide elder law services for both institutional and individual clients, including guardianships, medical assistance planning, medical assistance appeals, power of attorney issues, collections matters and other elder law related matters.

I assist clients (from individuals to large multinational corporations) in resolving their disputes. I strive to do so in the most efficient way possible with clear communication at every step.

Representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of litigation matters from jury trials through magistrate hearings and everything in between.
