Bryan D Rohm

Bryan D. Rohm is an associate in the Pittsburgh office. His practice is focused on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on oil and gas matters and toxic tort cases. Bryan represents oil and gas producers, processors, and pipeline companies throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio in a wide variety of matters, including lease termination cases, surface disputes, preliminary injunctions, implied covenant litigation, seismic trespass, contract litigation, groundwater contamination litigation, zoning matters, and eminent domain. 

Prior to joining K&L Gates, Bryan was an associate at a Pittsburgh based law firm where he focused on oil and gas transactions and litigation, as well as representing both debtors and creditors in various bankruptcy related matters and adversary proceedings.

Bryan’s oil and gas experience includes:

• Representing pipeline companies in resolving surface and right of way disputes with landowners and competing easement holders.
• Representing oil and gas companies in resolving lease disputes with landowners regarding various lease termination issues, including production in paying quantities, commencement of operations, and implied covenants.
• Representing interstate pipeline company in obtaining preliminary and permanent injunction from unauthorized operations on right of way.
• Representing an oil and gas company in challenging eminent domain proceedings.
• Representing an oil and gas company in bad faith unitization litigation.
• Representing an oil and gas company in groundwater contamination litigation.
• Representing an oil and gas company in wastewater disposal litigation.
• Representing a midstream company in zoning appeal matters for obtaining approval to construct a natural gas compressor station.
