going into my dui case being so young i was nervous. it was in a different county than beaver and they are known to be more strict. bart mentioned that my case had prejudice but the judge may not agree with that. when in the court room, bart asked all the right questions and said everything and more ...to defend me and in the end we ended up winning the case because of prejudice and the case was dismissed. i cannot thank him enough for what he has done for me. not only did he get my case dismissed but he is a very personable man and i was able to talk to him about anything with no issues. the best lawyer.
