William H. Stewart III

In his transactional work, Mr. Stewart represents corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships in the acquisition and disposition of business enterprises, commercial loan transactions and the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial real estate. Mr. Stewart also specializes in real estate assessment appeals and regularly appears before the Allegheny County Board of Property Assessment Appeals and Review and Board of Viewers.

As a civil litigator, Mr. Stewart represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of disputes in state and federal court, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Stewart also represents clients in appellate litigation before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Additionally, in his transportation law and employment law practice, Mr. Stewart practices before various state administrative agencies.
