Nancy Davis Stewart

NANCY DAVIS STEWART, is a member of the firm’s Business/Corporate, Banking/Finance and Litigation Practice Groups. She focuses her practice on commercial, real estate and asset-based financial transactions, representing both lenders and borrowers in the preparation for and closing of a wide variety of credit facilities.

Ms. Stewart represents numerous Pennsylvania, West Virginia and national lenders in not only single-lender transactions, but also participations and co-lending or syndicated transactions. In addition, Ms. Stewart has represented various borrowing entities in the form of individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, general and limited partnerships and other business entities. Her representation of such lenders and borrowers includes the structuring, negotiation, documentation and restructuring of financial transactions, as well as creditors’ rights issues relative to out-of-court workouts.

Ms. Stewart is a member of the American (Business and Banking Sections), Pennsylvania (Business, Banking and Bankruptcy Sections), Allegheny County (Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Sections), and Westmoreland County Bar Associations.

Active in many aspects of her community, Ms. Stewart serves on the Historical and Architectural Review Board of the City of Greensburg, is a member and past officer of the City of Greensburg’s Academy Hill Historic District, and has been instrumental in the development and growth of new athletic teams for high school girls within the Greensburg Salem School District.
