Ms. Michel is very careless in documenting information such as dates, dollar figures, and names of establishments. On one occasions I was emailed another clients documents and another time my preliminary court document contained a lot of information which was clearly not mine. Also, she lacks some b...asic knowledge of medical changes since Obama care. Ms. Michel obviously does not know how corporate medical benefits work and thought she could order court orders for company's to add spouse back on. Not the case. This resulting in court fees, her unworthy billing of her time, all at my expense. Then in the end I had to reimburse him for his bills and teeth whitening. What company do you know covers teeth whitening? None! But apparently she didn't make an argument and the court system granted teeth whitening. Ms. Michel has a tendency not to do anything in a hurry such as sticking to deadlines. In the beginning my ex spouse was dealing with her directly as he was pro se and she never received his correspondence and would just let deadlines expire. later on I come to find out cause he emailed me about her incompetence in not responding to his emails. When I confronted Ms. Michel she said, " oh, my email server must of put them in the spam folder." This to me is unacceptable as there were a few times I didn't get a response from her and had to email her again. I would definitely not use her for anything! Not worth loosing your sanity and money! She has no idea what a traumatic event such as a divorce can do to oneself. There were times when she appeared to be more favorable toward the defendant! I had to question her on a few occasions who she was representing? I could probably write a book of all the turmoil she has caused me over the past six years. Her inappropriate comments about other spouse were uncalled for; her asking me to send her personal emails and texts messages not pertaining to the divorce settlement were inexcusable; and inquiring about personal transactions on bank statements after separation went far enough. I promise you this information you just can't make up! I almost fired her last year but because of all the time, money, and stress already incurred I just wanted this over with and didn't think it would be worth finding a new lawyer. I was wrong it would of been worth it. Finally, there are two sides to every story and yes my ex spouse was fighting everything he could to keep everything to himself. However, a good lawyer would of not allowed this to drag on the way she did and would offer effective communication.

she was good at communicating words, repetitive words but no actions and no results..she had me stalled and whrn she did some actions she was deceitful..she agreed into a contempt agreement against me fully knowing that the matter was already been discussed ..she did say that she will just pretend sh...e doesn't know anything about it..about our discussion..afteer a contempt against me was ordered she then dropped my like a bag of potatos..never warned me of her intentions.... she left me scrambling for lawyer due to a pending case ..i am filing disciplinary actions against her
