Kenny and his team were super helpful, communicative and knowledgeable. It was great having them on my side and there to answer any questions that arose. I was terrified to go through this process, but they definitely made it a lot easier and less stressful. They were also affordable, which is a plus.... I would definitely recommend this firm and any of their law partners, as I spoke with multiple throughout the case and they were all equally as helpful.

I was very disappointed with this attorney. We approached him for help with a tax situation. He gave very poor advice and led us to believe a Chapter 13 was the solution to our financial problem. We discovered that an offer in compromise would have been the best solution. He led us to believe t...hat we were too late to change plans. Coincidentally, he had just filed for the Chapter 13 the very same day, we wanted him to stop with this course of action, after finding out that we would be unable to afford the payment (he never told us how much we would be paying until he had already filed). He then told us it was to late and he could not stop the filing (even though he had just done it that day). As a solution to the problem we had with him, instead of a refund as we requested, he said he would seek advice from his tax specialists on how to proceed. We continued on his advice to proceed with the Chapter 13, while he stated he would look further into an offer of compromise. He and his paralegal kept telling us that there was time, we could have the Chapter 13 dismissed at any time. Every time we called, his paralegal informed us that they were very busy and had not heard back from their tax specialist. Despite our pleas that we did not want railroaded into a Chapter 13, the company continued to assure us they would get back to us with a solution in time. We continued to communicate through e-mail. I would inquire about the offer in compromise and they would respond they hadn't heard back yet, but would let me know as soon as they did and that they understood our frustration. The Chapter 13 was eventually dismissed because we could not afford the payment as we had informed him from the beginning. As soon as the Chapter 13 was dismissed due to non-payment of the plan (which he was fully aware we were unable to do), he sent a letter informing us we were now free to find help with our tax situation elsewhere. How absolutely insulting. He made money and never provided us any useful legal help with our problem. We found out that he had outright lied and never had sought any advise from any tax specialist in his firm, but had kept us hanging on until the Chapter 13 dismissal. We wrote him of our disappointment with their service and the firm never responded. We found him to be dishonest and would not advise anyone to respond to any of their adds professing to help with tax issues. Beware of hiring this lawyer or firm to handle your tax problems,
