Jeremy J Kobeski

Mr. Kobeski earned his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Widener University School of Law in December 2004. While at Widener, he served as a staff member, and later as an Articles Editor, for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. He also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Kobeski is the author of "In re Oracle Corporation Derivative Litigation: Has a New Species of Director Independence Been Uncovered?", 29 Del. J. . 849 (2004), and the recipient of the Donald E. Pease Best Student Article Memorial Award for 2004-2005, given by the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Mr. Kobeski was also Widener University School of Law's recipient of the Judge J. Cullen Ganey Award for demonstrated excellence in the study of criminal law for 2004-2005.

Mr. Kobeski is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
