Helpful and Kind

Mr. Villanova listened to my case and met with me free of charge on a whim. He was very empathetic and supportive. He provided very good advise and even reached out to the other party on my behalf. He lent his time and expertise to me during a very difficult and life changing experience and I am fore...ver grateful for his services. He is highly recommended for any legal matter big or small. Thank you Jim.

Excellent Lawyer

Attorney James Villanova represented me in a very complex contractual litigation matter. He is very professional, learned in law and excellent in negotiations. Mr. Villanova was easy to talk to, not aloof, concerned about my case and assessable. We arrived at a very advantageous resolution of the ...litigation due to his considerable legal skills and acumen.

Very Helpful

Mr. Villanova was very helpful in my daughter's case. He went out of his way to answer our questions with regard to Pennsylvania Laws because we reside in West Virginia. He also got us telephone numbers in order to obtain information to guide us in the right direction.

Professional and Fair

Excellent lawyer. Mr. Villanova was attentive to my case, handled it with professionalism and settled for much more. A very caring man who did not see me as just another dollar sign.

"I endorse this lawyer. He is an outstanding personal injury lawyer, and he has a very practical approach to resolving cases for his clients. Also, his book, Pennsylvania Proposed Points for Jury Instruction - Civil, is a book that I rely on regularly in my practice."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
