HOLLY E. DiCESARE is an associate in the Business/Corporate, Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights and Heath Care Practice Groups of Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP.

Ms. DiCesare’s practice is focused on general corporate law, health law, bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights.

She has been an associate in the firm’s Business Group for over five years. Her primary focus has been health law, more specifically, the ever expanding and evolving field of telemedicine. She has helped to create telemedicine programs for clients and is therefore familiar with telemedicine rules and regulations in most of the fifty states. In addition, to her telemedicine practice, Ms. DiCesare is also well versed in physician contracts and general business matters, such as corporation formation and the drafting of all documents associated therewith and even practice dissolution. Prior to primarily practicing in health and general business law, Ms. DiCesare appeared regularly in bankruptcy court and handled various creditors’ rights matters with a boutique law firm in the city. She currently still handles real estate matters as well.

Ms. DiCesare received the Nora Barry Fischer Award for 2011, an annual award which serves to recognize an attorney within the Firm who has given back to the legal profession and the community at large.

She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association as well as the American Bar Association.
