Biography
ERICA YACOVIELLO is a member of Pietragallo's Litigation Practice Group and head of its Gaming Law division.
Ms. Yacoviello received her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Bethany College. She earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Commerce. Ms. Yacoviello is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
During her academic career, Ms. Yacoviello served as an intern for the Honorable Joy Flowers Conti in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
After completing her academic training, Ms. Yacoviello served as an Associate General Counsel for a publicly traded gaming corporation, and was immersed in licensing, regulatory compliance and contractual issues.
In 2014, Ms. Yacoviello joined the firm and continues to represent gaming corporations on an array of matters. She also plays a significant role in the firm’s Retirement Plan Consulting and Civil Litigation Practice.
