Dennis Michael Moskal

I am currently a fifty-two-year-old attorney with an office in Downtown Pittsburgh located at 500 Grant Street, Suite 2900, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. For those in the South Hills, this could be particularly interesting to you since my office is directly above the Steel Plaza terminal. Although my office is situated in Downtown Pittsburgh, I routinely travel to meet new clients and/or attend hearings all over Pennsylvania, handling different cases across the state.

I have always had a passion for the law and learning for learning's sake. I am a 1997 graduate of the Duquesne University School of Law, where I was ranked number second in my class during my second year and earning the coveted Eleanor Polis Capone and Josephine McDonaugh scholarships.

For the past twenty (20) years, I have practiced civil litigation in the state and federal courts in Western Pennsylvania as well as other parts of the state. I have litigated many diverse types of cases, and so, I became familiar with all facets of litigation. My passion is cross-examination, and I can estimate that I probably cross-examined almost a thousand parties and/or witnesses.

Since 2010, I decided to go on my own, starting the Law Offices of Dennis M. Moskal in the U.S. Steel Tower. For the last decade, I decided to narrow my practice to representing Plaintiffs (injured parties) with their employment cases. I became known as the Termination-Doctor and Harassment-Doctor since I handled cases in which people unlawfully were terminated from their jobs. I needed to go where my heart is. Currently, I have further narrowed my practice to focus on sexual harassment cases to the exclusion of other cases.

I also have an MBA and am a Certified Mediator and Early Neutral Evaluator in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and a Certified Fraud Examiner within the ranks of the International Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

I am also a published writer, both professionally and as a hobby. I have published several articles in the Lawyer’s Journal, including a two-part feature article “Tenth Year Anniversary of Bad Faith Statute.”
