Did nothing at the preliminary hearing

I hired Daniel for a DUI case. I paid him 1500 to cover me until the prelimary hearing. He went to the hearing- didn't ask the cop to drop any charges. He said we would do that "downtown" and then he proceeded to charge me 1500 dollars to finish the case. What??? He did nothing. I hired another lawye...r because I wasn't going to give him another cent and he said charges are harder to drop through the DA downtown. I ended up with most of my charges. If you hire him- be prepared to pay him twice and fight the cops yourself at the prelim Becuase the DA isn't going to want to hear it downtown.

Excellent In Every Way A+

A friend recommended I call Dan Konieczka when my nephew was arrested on a possession with intent charge. We were very worried because he had priors and was possibly looking at jail time. Dan was our hero.... he got the charges reduced to a minor non traffic charge. He was truthful and forthcoming w...ith us from the beginning. If we had it to do over again we would hire Dan in a heartbeat! The results could not have been better....THANK YOU!!!

THIS IS THE MAN TO HIRE!

As my title suggest, this is the man to hire! Mr. Konieczka represented me in a criminal case over a year ago. He was able to have the majority (2/3) of my charges withdrawn and capable of arranging a sentence which required no time incarcerated for the remaining (1/3). He was not condesending in any... way and possessed a pleasant, respectful disposition. He remained in close contact me throughout the past year and even had my supervision terminated early. He continuously created time to speak to me, placed my worries at ease and provided me with a service far beyond his fee. I highly suggest that anyone facing a legal issue in the area contact Mr. Konieczka!
