We were in a bit of a panic at the time, so this was extremely helpful. During the consultation, he was very communicative explained very clearly what was going on, w...hat to potentially expect in the future, and what our future options could be. We did need up ending to hire a lawyer(which is an unfortunate situation to be in) and we were extremely fortunate that we went with Mr. Day.
