I would recommend Cindy Trellis Bernstein without hesitation. Cindy handled my divorce case (no children) more than 20 years ago. There was a complicated settlement, which Cindy handled with utmost skill. Many years later I had occasion to hire Cindy again to handle a dispute regarding the divorce... settlement. She was even more impressive, if that's possible. Her knowledge of the law, professionalism, attention to detail, response time, and ethics are beyond expectations. I was impressed by her treatment of the opposing attorney as well as the understanding of the case. I would not want to be on the other side of the table from Cindy Bernstein. Recommend highly.

I was initially very impressed with Cindy and "her strategy plan" at our consultation. She seemed so positive about the case and had all these ideas on how to handle my case. However, from the moment she was hired, it was as if she was working for the opposing party. She not only didn't follow throug...h on "her strategy plan", but she went as far as encouraging me to give in to most every demand made by OC, even after the opposing party kept switching the terms which we had already agreed upon. Worst of all, she admitted to "gossiping" about my personal details with OC. I plan to file a complaint with the State Disciplinary Counsel.
