Charles Malcolm Yeomans V

CHARLES M. YEOMANS is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group.

Mr. Yeomans has experience in the chemical, material and medical device areas. He handles such matters as patent and trademark searches, preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, preparation and prosecution of U.S. trademark applications, and patent infringement analysis.

Mr. Yeomans received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as a Research Editor for the Law Review. He was also a member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. He received his B.S. in Chemistry from Allegheny College.

Prior to law school, Mr. Yeomans worked as a Research Chemist for a specialty chemical manufacturer where he carried out complex laboratory synthesis and focused on process improvements for new technologies.

Mr. Yeomans is a member of the Pittsburgh Intellectual Property Law Association and is an Associate in the Q. Todd Dickinson Intellectual Property Chapter of the American Inn of Court.
