Anthony Graeme Mistretta

Attorney Anthony Mistretta began representing injured people in 1997. Focusing on workers' compensation cases, he compassionately listens to his clients' concerns and effectively addresses the legal needs of injured workers. Attorney Mistretta has successfully handled hundreds of cases that have resulted in significant recoveries for his clients through settlement and litigation.

Prior to joining Edgar Snyder & Associates, Attorney Mistretta represented injured workers at other plaintiff's law firms for nearly a decade. He recently worked in the health insurance industry, where he served as a legal advisor and lobbyist in Washington D.C. for federal healthcare reform.

What is the biggest lesson you've learned since becoming an attorney?

Since becoming an attorney, I've learned just how big of an impact the work we do has on peoples' lives. The work comp system can bankrupt families and ruin lives when insurance companies deny people the compensation they deserve. In many cases, our clients need us to fight for them so they don't lose their homes or so they can keep food on their Mistretta Education and Licensing
